60-minute Treatment Session - $200                                      30-minute Treatment Session - $100

Insurance

We are happy to file a claim with your insurance company on your child's behalf for payment of services. If applicable, all co-pays are due prior to starting sessions. Please inquire if your specific insurance company/companies are accepted.

We are currently contracted with the following insurances:

SC Medicaid (including MCOs Molina Healthcare of SC, Absolute Total Care, Humana Healthy Horizons, Select Health of SC, & Healthy Blue of SC)

TriCare East

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of SC (including Preferred Blue [Federal, PPO], State, Blue Essentials)

BlueChoice Health Plan of SC (including Blue Option, Commercial [HMO, PPO])

Please contact us regarding other commercial payers (CIGNA, Aetna, United Healthcare, etc.)

BabyNet

South Carolina's Early Intervention Services will pay for all therapy services for children from birth up until the 3rd birthday, if the child qualifies. If your child does not have Babynet, click here to reach out to your local BabyNet office for more information.

Self-Pay Options

If you would like to pay out of pocket for services due to lack of insurance or your insurance does not cover physical therapy, we offer self-pay options on a case-by-case basis. Options are determined after a thorough consultation is performed with the physical therapist.
